I decided to dedicate a section of my journal to poetry because it involved challenging myself - I was massively stepping out of my comfort zone. I have never written poetry before this semester, and now, I have written several poems as displayed in this chapter.
The sentences seen on the image to the left are phrases that I heard in a poetry and creative writing workshop during this semester - I loved them, and thought these words were very profound, so I couldn't help myself but write them down.
